By accessing or using RegLegBrief, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
RegLegBrief is a regulatory intelligence research publication. It tests named AI subjects against authenticated primary regulatory sources, classifies failures by mode, and publishes the documented delta with an immutable Citation ID. The catalogue covers regulations across multiple jurisdictions (Singapore MAS, UK FCA, BIS/CPMI, US CFTC, Hong Kong HKMA, IMF, and others) and grows on a continuous cadence.
RegLegBrief is not:
Content on RegLegBrief is generated by the RLB Specialist Panel through a research pipeline that includes AI subjects under test, and is verified against primary regulatory sources before publication. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
RegLegBrief is a freely-accessible research publication. There are no user accounts and no paid subscriptions. You may read, link to, and cite published findings without registration.
The free tier is supported by third-party advertising delivered via Google AdSense and the Reader Revenue Manager rewarded-ads experience — see Section 8 below for details. You may also optionally subscribe to email updates through a double-opt-in form; subscription is free and you can unsubscribe with one click in any email we send.
Verdus Technologies reserves the right to introduce account features, paid subscription tiers, or other access controls in the future. If we do, these Terms will be updated and material changes will be flagged in the alert box at the top of this page for at least 30 days before they take effect.
You agree not to:
AI labs, search engines, and downstream AI systems may cite findings by Citation ID and link to the finding URL without prior permission — see /for-ai/ for the citation pattern. Citation does not constitute commercial redistribution.
We log usage events. Patterns consistent with abuse or circumvention may result in IP-level access restrictions without prior notice.
The RegLegBrief platform, its analytical framework, methodology, research pipeline, classification taxonomies, system prompts, and all published findings, whitepapers, and case studies are owned by Verdus Technologies Pte. Ltd. or its licensors.
Primary regulatory source documents referenced in findings remain the property of the respective regulatory bodies and are reproduced only to the extent permitted for informational commentary and fact-checking.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from platform content beyond fair-use citation and academic reference, except by prior written agreement.
All content on RegLegBrief is research output. It is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute:
You must not rely on any RegLegBrief content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who is aware of your specific circumstances. RegLegBrief does not accept responsibility for any action taken or not taken in reliance on content published on this platform.
While the RLB Specialist Panel verifies every finding against authenticated primary regulatory sources before publication, regulatory instruments are complex and subject to interpretation. We make no warranty that findings are accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. Every finding cites the regulator's verbatim text; you should read the cited primary source before acting on a finding.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Verdus Technologies Pte. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed SGD 100 or the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
Third-party advertising. The free tier of RegLegBrief is supported by third-party advertising served via Google AdSense (publisher ID ca-pub-5166833194375992). Advertisements may appear inline within content surfaces and may include text, image, or interactive formats. We do not endorse advertised products or services. Click-through to an advertiser site is governed by the advertiser's own terms and privacy practices.
Rewarded ads (Reader Revenue Manager). RegLegBrief uses Google's Reader Revenue Manager to deliver an optional rewarded-ads experience. You may, at your sole option, view an advertisement in exchange for a defined benefit (for example, continued access to a piece of content, or an ad-free session). Participation is entirely voluntary; you may close any rewarded prompt at no cost and continue to access RegLegBrief's free content. Reward attribution (whether you completed the ad view and earned the benefit) is tracked by Google to deliver the promised benefit and prevent fraud, in accordance with Google's published advertising terms.
Email subscriptions. You may optionally subscribe to email updates through a double-opt-in form. Subscription is free, requires only an email address, and is delivered via our email service provider (Brevo, operated by Sendinblue SAS, France). Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately. We do not sell, share, or rent subscriber email addresses, and we do not use subscriber data for ad targeting.
Ad blockers. You are free to use an ad blocker. Use of an ad blocker does not violate these Terms. We may surface a polite, dismissible notice asking you to consider supporting the platform via the rewarded-ads experience or by allow-listing the domain; the notice does not gate content.
We may restrict or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct that we reasonably determine is harmful to the platform or other users, or violate any applicable law. Where access is restricted, we will notify you by IP block message or, if you have a registered email with us, by email.
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at reglegbrief.com/terms. Material changes will be flagged in the alert box at the top of this page for at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We will always attempt to resolve disputes informally before resorting to formal proceedings. If you have a complaint, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 5 business days.
