Briefings drafted by the RLB Specialist Panel, to be released for Media unless the right of reply is exercised to make corrections or edits before it is released to the press and media. This is the preview mode, which usually lasts for at least one week. One briefing is released to the press and media every four hours, oldest first, so the briefing at the top of this list is next up.
How the preview works. Every briefing in draft preview has the RLB Specialist Panel verified findings, regulator verbatim source text, an audience-specific lead, an extended body, and a generated press card. Any party named in a draft has an unconditional right of reply during the preview window; the Panel publishes factual corrections or contextual responses alongside the briefing for up to 48 hours before it is released to the press and media. After the 48-hour media release window closes, the archived briefings are permanently archived in the past releases section, where the page remains available indefinitely.
