Six kinds of questions Whisk answers natively today:
Whisk Ask model generates real-time deterministic responses grounded with authoritative references.
Ask it a question. If the Whisk model is able to generate confident and grounded, it generates one for you alongside references for your deep dive study — the same query to the Whisk model always produces the same output because it does not dream up statistical probabilistic possibilities outside human realm.
If it doesn't know confidently and cannot state references for your deeper study, it says so. It never dreams up alternate reality and never hallucinates.
This makes Whisk different from LLM chatbots like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity. Those tools generate plausible-sounding text by predicting the next word based on training data and context provided to them. When they don't know the context or are presented with mixed context, they often invent something that fits their regression training, sounds right and state their responses in confident-sounding tones, even when their stated references contradict the responses produced by their statistical models. Whisk model is different, it refuses to produce responses when it is unable to enumerate authoritative references for your own deep dive, that align with the response generated by the Whisk Model.
Every fact Whisk answers with comes with at least one authoritative reference for you, so you can see it and click through to read the details yourself. Nothing is generated from statistical patterns alone without authoritative grounding.
