# Publisher — RegLegBrief

**Legal entity.** Verdus Technologies Pte. Ltd., incorporated in Singapore (UEN 201616982R).

**Publication.** RegLegBrief — https://reglegbrief.com.

**What we do.** RegLegBrief publishes the delta between AI-generated accounts
of regulation and the regulator's own verbatim text on the regulator's own
portal. The RLB Specialist Panel tests frontier AI models against specific
regulations under controlled conditions, classifies the failures, and binds
every finding to a verbatim regulator excerpt with an immutable Citation ID.

**Reach.** International — regulations and regulators across J-levels
(international, supranational, national, sub-national, sectoral).

**Contact.**
- General: avichal987@gmail.com
- Partnership: partnership@reglegbrief.com
- Right of reply: see [editorial-standards.md](/okf/editorial-standards.md)

**Licensing.** All published findings, whitepapers, and briefings are
released under CC-BY-4.0. Citation by Citation ID and link to the
finding URL is open. Commercial redistribution as a derived dataset requires
a licence.

**Independence.** RegLegBrief is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or
endorsed by any regulator, AI lab, or financial institution named in its
findings. Findings are research output, published with right of reply.
